I need Help with Email on my Galaxy Note 3 (Canada)

I just purchased my first note and I am having a hell of a time with my rogers email account. It keeps brining up old emails and filling my in box. I keep deleting them but they keep coming back its driving me mad!!!!!

Can someone please help
