I need help with my Android tablet

my tablet is an andriod chromo. and lately its been kinda glitchy and now it wont even start but my problem is a little weird. it says chromo then goes to the Android logo boot screen but it isn't frozen its just stuck on the boot screen I can see it loading but it never makes it past it. I can't find any other forum or video talking about this issue so i thought I might post something here.

If you find out the answer to this, please let me know. I have a Chromo tablet also and it is stuck on the Chromo logo. Thank you!
