I need help with my lock screen on Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Have to use pin numbers to get in phone.

I like to get some help, on fixing my phone. Ever since I put my work email on my phone, I have to use pin numbers to get into my phone. I hate it. Everything is blocked out on lock screen settings outside of password for high security. Even in my security settings in general settings Clear credentials is blocked out.. I have took off my work email off but did not fix the problem. Any Suggestions??? I have been working on this for sometime. Still not getting it fixed. I really do not want to Backup and reset!

Perhaps installing your company's email has somehow set your company as a phone administrator. I don't know how installing email would mess with your lock screen. I'm retired though, so not sure what they do nowadays.

Do you know the password to get in?

If you know the password unlock the screen. Then go to I believe its under device and turn off the lock screen. Then restart your phone. This should fix the problem. If it doesn't I'm sorry I do not know.
