My younger brother got a tablet for Christmas. It's called a "yeahpad" and it's made by some Chinese company. He downloaded the flixster app to watch movies on, but when you go to watch something, it said the device is rooted and for security reasons, you cannot watch the movie.
I downloaded the es file explorer app, deleted the su file from the xbin (There wasn't an su file in the bin folder). Then I went back to the app folder, but there isn't a super user file.
Now it won't let me check the box for root explorer, and even though I don't want to, it won't let me uncheck the mount file system.
Someone then suggested I download the ota root keeper app.
Tried ora root keeper, but it says my device isn't rooted which doesn't make sense because flixster keeps saying it is rooted...
All my brother wants to do is use his Flixster App! I have no idea what to do next, please help!
