I Need Help

I have a weird problem I cant figure out. My Evo wouldnt receive texts but would send them fine...called Sprint had them reset the profile and it worked fine for the next day. Today I can Send texts but not receive them. Updated profile but no change. So for fun, I unplugged the Airvana and tried. Well, texting works as it should now. As soon as I plug the Airvana back in, my texting issues start back up. I need the airvana as I have no signal here...any clues on what to do?

So the phone isn't your problem, it's the Airvana. I'd call Sprint and see if they know anything about it, and research the problem online to see if others are having the same issues with it as you are. Personally, I don't own one, but these are the steps I'd take in any problem situation.

I agree with psychofox, check online for ways to troubleshoot the Airvana. Maybe someone else has had this same problem.
