I need this code to perform a master reset

I bought a mobile phone 。it is M9300。
(mobile NUMBER :0000001075)
MSID : 0000001075
MEID : HEX A000012 907173
I need to master reset MY phone .because it is acting up and in order to do this I need this SPC code to perform a master reset.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you don't need that and might want to delete it from here.

You can reset it under Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset

You can either take it to the store, call customer service, go to the settings and reset it or you can do a hard button reset by having the phone off hold volume down and power at the same time until the android screen pops up and use the volume keys to navigate the menu and go down to erase data or factory erase i forgot which one. hope this helps

I got bad news for you, there's no stock recovery on the Echo, so you can't reset that way. Taking it to sprint or preforming it in settings are the only way till we got clockworkmod built

Any codes needed by the carrier are on a plate under the battery, just in case that's the problem.
