I need to flash rca rct6k03w13

By resetting my tabletrca rct6k03w13, after the logo appears it does nothing esle , I think it needs to flash. Please, I want to know the process to do that. Could someone can helpme please ?

It's rather a long process to describe here, but essentially you have to find the firmware somewhere online - possibly the manufacturer's website - download it to a PC, and flash it to the phone in whatever way you can.
