Question I need to know what app is this on the andriod phone. I monitor my kids phone, is my kid hiding peoples numbers and calling them via an app?

Welcome to Android Central! I would guess that it's a Direct Dial widget for a contact that has been named "Call."

Maybe this is somthing you should talk to your kid about. That said, well, I know a thing or two about how teenagers can get out-of-control. I think the big thing is to not make your kid afraid of you knowing stuff, of telling you stuff.
