After much consideration, and annoying "xxx has stopped working," I finally factory reset my phone. Wiped everything completely.. Other than Google Search which has refused to understand that I don't care what my previous searches are.. But, I need your input on :

-must have applications.
-apps to disable.
-anything else that is convient.

Please and thank you!!!

DROID TURBO: Apps OK to disable

As to must have apps, I'd say Tapatalk, obviously, and ES File Explorer. ES File Explorer can do a lot of tricks. My favorite is to transfer files between Turbo and PC without the USB cable. Instructions here:

Google Drive is already on your phone. Since I've discovered you can use it to scan documents into pdf files it's being used a lot more.

Not "must have" but I like Feedly for getting my news, Flixster (includes Rotten Tomatoes) for movie reviews, GSam battery monitor, Wifi Analyzer to measure Wifi networks RealCalc for a scientific calculator. Believe it or not, but I'd say the Verizon Messaging + app is the best text messaging app.

GSam battery monitor and Battery percent enabler. One to moniter battery usage, the other for percent of battery remaining on the status bar, no additional icon.

Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

I've been using Drive a lot. But any others? I want to be able to customize in a way with useful apps. I hate gallery and photos. And play music.
