I performed a hard reset on my Kata M2 and now I cannot open it. What can I do?

I performed a hard reset on my Kata M2 and now i cannot open it.

This is affected with the trouble I have with my touchscreen because the middle upper portion of the keyboard does not function.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like a hardware problem with the touchscreen digitizer. A hard reset won't fix a hardware problem. Bring the phone to a repair shop and see if they can replace the digitizer or screen.
