I always hated when they wrote "Download songs in 4 seconds" on their promos, such a weird statistic.

Being as you're in Lake Orion and I work only 20 minutes away...which Best Buy did you get it from?
I called all 4...none have it.

i can tell you here in Manhattan that my Verizon Wireless store and Best Buy both across the street from my office dont have it,,, not in stock,,, and have no official release date.
