I recently updated my S6 Edge and now I can't buy apps. How can I get it working?

recently updated my s6 edge and now cant buy apps

updated s6 edge about week ago and ever since not been able to buy apps ( not sure if they are samsung apps or google play apps )

it says somthing about updateing samsung billing
i dont know what the specs are on my phone 6.0.1 is all im told

I know little about Samsungs, but presumably you have a Samsung account somewhere in Settings?

Isn't there also something called Samsung Pay?
