I removed Phone dialer from my start screen, now i can't call!

hi, I've note 3, I wanted to know what would happen if removed it, I knew, but I can't fix it!!
please any solution except hard resetting my phone.

Go to your app manager and find the dialer in the "all" tab. Longpress on it and drag it to your homescreen.
