"I" can live with NO warranty, and possible flaky customer support (All OEM's have bad customer support) so why can they not provide us with ALL the necessary cell bands that we need here in the US? THIS, this is the reason why I will NOT buy one of these! OnePlus, Asus, and maybe one, or two more do provide the needed bands and they are the ones that get my money! It's really disgusting anymore!

I am very happy with my P9P XL. It isn't as good as my OM-1 mk II, but IMO it's always the glass that makes the picture, and a phone camera can't compete with high quality glass.

Now that all chinese brands are out, there is no reason for samsung and google to develop anything. It's cheaper to reuse old stuff, give it new model name, and sell to suckers in USA.

If all you do is close up photos with time to setup the ideal shot, then sure a phone can do fine. When you can get shots like this from a safe distance, and do so on the fly, then we'll talk about them replacing a DSLR. ;)

And a behind the scene photo of me doing my thing with my DSLR, taken by someone with a phone to show how far back I needed to be for safety.

I love that photo you took with your DSLR. The car with the flames looks amazing.
