i reset my phone and reboot it but i cant be able to sign in the google account

I do pass the language selection and WiFi connection but when I try the set up now ....doesn't connect

Welcome to Android Central! Where do you run into a problem -- when you try to connect to a wi-fi network? Or is it not recognizing your Google account?
