I see all my Dungeon Hunter files from the pc but how can i run them?

I had bought dungeon hunter from gamelofts website, and the way it works is that they text you a link to download an apk file which you then execute. This file installs part of the game and then downloads the rest and finishes the installation. I had to do a hard reset and now the game is gone but I can still see the initial apk file when I hook the EVO up to my pc. Is there a way for me to browse to that file and execute it so I can get the game back ?
