I sent an email from my Gmail account and it was never red and I cannot locate it in my sent folder.

I have a Note 4 and recently experiencing error msg..sending failed, not authenticated. I am sending to trusted sources and I know the emails must be stored somewhere but cannot locate them. Please help me.

Did you check if the email actually left your account? It could be in draft folder. Check there and let us know.

If you're using a mail app like Outlook, BlueMail, CloudMagic, etc, check the outbox folder. I find that outgoing messages get stuck in there from time to time. No idea why it happens, it just happens. If you're lucky, you'll be able to push the message through. There have been times though when my message just seems to be stuck there in limbo and I have to delete it and draft a new email.
