I somehow deleted my app, how do I add my app back on my phone to get my voicemail

I am trying to figure out which app to add to my phone. I can not get my VM anymore on my phone and I keep getting text from PFMA.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone and which carrier are you on? Are you talking about a visual voicemail app? If you open your Phone app's dialer, what happens if you long-press the number 1?

I would talk to your carrier to see which app you may need, or if you can use a traditional dial in access. I.e. Dialing *86 on a Verizon phone accesses their voicemail system.
