i still get gray pics in download folder! what is wrong?

after 4th repair, they changed the motherboard, i still see most of all my pics in the download folder became all gray.

someone on here said that something is wrong with the flash memory, etc? i was just a little paranoid that maybe some hacker is spying my tablet?

what is wrong with the tablet? if they changed the motherboard already, what else could go wrong?

What type of pictures are these? That is what is the format .jpeg, .gif, or ???

Insect them in a computer and right click on them as see what it says the format is.

yes, regular jpg pics.

i was "paranoid", i thought that someone from those chat programs that i am using maybe is hacking into my account.

so i stopped using a few chat programs that i think that might be hacked. i only get on the apps for a few mins just to check ,then i log out right away. and today, some of the pics in my download folder became totally gray again!

update: after i restart the tablet, the gray pics disappeared.
