I switched from a Samsung phone to LG 4

I had a Samsung phone and switched to a LG 4 and I have a app on my phone called memo and I want switch it to my LG phone . could u tell me how to do that. I have a samsung account. I just logged in to ask a question. Please help thank you

You want to transfer the memos from your old Samsung phone to the LG G4, right?

Well, I'm not too sure about transferring memos from the stock memos app, but I installed a third-party memos app, copied the memos to it, linked it to my Google Account, installed it on my new phone and logged in.

That's going to depend if its a stock Samsung app or a third party app.
