I think I somehow unrooted my Evo

I rooted my Evo in October using Unrevoked. All went well and have been rooted since. I flashed the Myn's Warm twopointwo ROM shortly thereafter and loved it. Last Friday I went to Rom Manager and checked for a ROM update and there was one, so, through Rom Manager, I did a backup and then downloaded and flashed the update. Everything worked great. Loved the update.

Well, last night I was going to flash an add-on to Warm, a font package, and while I was doing that, the phone rebooted, or tried to, a couple times, and then when it finally came back on, it was stock. I mean, like right out of the box stock.

I then downloaded Rom Manager again, but I doesn't work, I assume because of the root issue. I also downloaded Titanium Backup from the market, which I have used since I rooted, and it says I don't have root rights.

Please help guide me in the right direction, guys. Should I reroot using some process and then try to do a recovery or what can I do.

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you left the original PC36img.zip on the SD card, it is possible that if you entered recovery using the Power + Vol Down, then depending on what you answered after the phone checked the image, you could have flashed the stock ROM.

You know what, I'm sure that's what happened. Any advice as to how to recover from this? should I remove the PC36img.zip from the SD card and try again or something?

Thanks.

Do you have a recovery installed like Clockworkmod or Amon-RA?

If so, you can use one of them to flash a new ROM (assuming that when you boot into recovery, your phone shows "S-OFF" at the top of the screen before you select recovery). You should make a copy of the PC36img.zip and you could rename it if you want to keep it on the SD card.

More than likely, the PC36img.zip wrote over the current recovery and you will have to root again to install a new one.

Yes, I have a Clockworkmod folder on the SD and in that folder is a folder called "backup" and in that folder is a folder named "2011-02-09-18.51.19"

When I boot into recovery, it says S-Off at the top but if I go into recovery, I get a picture of a phone with a red triangle over it with a red exclamation point and I can't do anything. I have to do a battery pull to get out of it.

I downloaded Rom Manager earlier but it won't let me do anything. It give me choices and then says there's an error or it'll just sit there doing nothing.

Check out this page (for info):
[ROOT][GUIDE] HBoot 2.02/2.10 SOFF - There Will Be Root - Upd. 02.09.11 - xda-developers

But here is a direct quote from it:
FIX BROKEN RECOVERY
This is really only needed if you rooted with one of the previos guides version 6 or lower or if you installed a different recovery like I told you not to. It installs amon_ra 2.2.1

1) Download File PC36IMG_Recovery.zip and Rename to PC36IMG.zip.
copy to the root of your SDCard and power off phone

2) Power your phone back on into the boot loader by holding power and vol-down until your presented with a white screen. It will read the pc36img.zip and as you if you want to flash. Say yes. Then it will ask if you want to reboot, VOL+UP for yes.

3) If your rom gets tossed in the process. Reboot your phone into bootloader select recovery, and reflash your rom....DONE
Your EVO looks for a PC36IMG.zip file to flash when you boot with the Power + Vol Down method. If you copy a flashable recovery image to the root of your SD card and rename it PC36IMG.zip, when you tell it to flash the PC36IMG.zip it will only flash the recovery, not the whole ROM.
