I'm running the latest Super Dark with SC 2.6 and the voodoo dummy kernel. Other than it changing the dialer and incoming call screen, I haven't noticed any problems.

I think I'm still encountering "sleep of death".. I really hate that.. and idk what will fix it. Also, after flashing 2.6 with the honeycomb theme.. and then I flashed Superdark over it.. I was having a lot of lock up issues.. so I flashed back to honeycomb. /frustration!

No, haven't had a chance to run any of the EB16 kernels yet. Sorry it took so long to answer, was at the Blackhawks game.

download it to sd card, then flash in CWM.
