i think my kindle fire is bricked need HELP

i rooted my kindle and install fire fire fire and TWRP after that i install cm7. it booted normally the first time but then i when i rebooted to recovery i couldnt go to a normal boot it kept sending me into TWRP....i have looked but i havent found anything and ADB shell doesnt work.......please help
