Did you preorder and get the free case with Spen. They could have shipped them separately coming from 2 different locations. Look at the weights.

I preordered the Flip, which doesn't support the s-pen. I don't know anything about a free case. Well, if I get one, I'll just use it.

Gotta admit it would be harder to find cases with a split phone …but at least you can carry in both front pockets to even it out

If they sent you a new SIM it may have shipped from a different location than the phone, that's assuming they sent one.
