i thought i didnt have any problem with my mt until....

so i thought i had a good MT after hearing many bad things i realized mine was really good but i had to wait like a week to activate cuz i still had my other phone active so today i tried to activate my MT and have the same number of my actual cricket phone but it didnt work it gave me an error so i looked on the internet and found that if you edited your mdn o mdsn you could fix it but i didnt fix it and now i think i just messed that up and it wont work :/ and alsoo my meid on the MT is 17 digits and on the box 18 but i heard thats not the problem can someone help me?



ok so i supposibly i already activated my phone on the internet(i already paid my plan) but they tell me to press activate on the phone and it just doesnt work what do i do????? now i just paid for nothing???? daammmn im so frustradeed

nevermind i dont know wth i did but it worked and now i have my phone i just need to change my number but the website doesnt work :/

It's usually easier and faster just to call their phone service.

Faster to use their network?? hahaha oh trust me it is not....it took me calling about everyone in the cast of Outsourced just to get my phone working. It was onoy about the 6th rep that finally asked if the MEID blanks were filled in!

Go and exchange for another phone and do the "swap phone" feature.
