AT&T insurance probably has a $199 co-pay. You can get a good used S3 for a lot less - Buy Samsung Galaxy S3 (AT&T) in US > Swappa (They can't fix your phone, they'll replace it.)

Sell yours as a wet phone for parts on eBay and offset some of the cost. (It may be worth as much as $50 to some people.)

My error. If the insurance deductible for that phone is that low, it pays to have it replaced.
