I tryed to install luckypatcher from Google but I kept getting the installation blocked prompt

Okay so I tried to install luckypatcher apk from Google, I get it downloaded but when I try to install it it says installation blocked. But when I check to see if unknown sources is on it is. I think the android system is blocking it. How do i bypass this?

That app is a piracy app that hacks into games, allowing users to bypass paid features and otherwise cheat. Illegal practices like that are not allowed here and I suspect this thread will be locked soon.
