I updated my cell and lost my Facebook account. I can't get in now cause I can't find ME! What is going on?

updated cell and lost facebook account ..cant get in cause i cant find ME !!

Cant find my fb account and lost all it after updating phone...cant find myself.....whats the next step...

That's strange. Your Facebook account is independent from your phone and can be accessed from any device you want. Can't you sign in from your computer? If you only have problems with your phone you could try uninstalling the FB app and installing back.
