I upgraded my Samsung s5 to 6.0.1 and can no longer access quick setting buttons. When I try to turn on Recommended apps I get the error message, "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." Also, the list of "Active buttons" is empty and pressing "reset" does nothing.
