i used aosx rom and teamwin software for installation rom.Now not able to connect xperia u to pc

sony xperia u rooted by myself by using aosx.After rebooting the phone it is not opening and also pc does not recognizing my phone. while rebooting my upto teamwin it is showing ? what can i do now plz help me
