I want to flash Franco Kernal

How do you guys recommend doing this? Should I buy the franco kernel updater app or do it another way? How do you guys flash your kernals?

I think he's a great dev, and I love his kernels so I support him by buying the app. You can use the app on other kernels too, so it's very useful with or without his kernels.

I am all over the place with kernels, so I just flash em in recovery and use performance settings in aokp to tweak.

I hear you Davey, I flash through recovery too. One time I auto-flashed over 3G and bootlooped, so that was the last time

I like the app for it's governor control, too. Not that I totally know what I'm doing with all the settings, but it's fun playing around.

I've had issues before letting apps do the flashing for me. So i always prefer to flash myself now, just safer in my opinion. Although you should still support the dev's when you frequently use their work and have good luck with it, I just prefer to send my donations directly. This way they also get the whole donation, not a cut after google gets their piece.
