So I endured note 7 fiasco, two returns, botched bogo and managed to get s7 edge as replacement. The dude at AT&T promised I could upgrade when new note 8 came out, and I could turn in phones. I also was supposed to have bogo for s7s. Not only that he out me on 30 when supposed to be 24 month so I couldn't upgrade.

Anyways, we get close to note 8 release I realize there is no s7 bogo, and they made a mess of account. Long story short after many visits an investigation, and haggling with store everything is squared. Att took care of me, I was able to get note 8 Bogos with new 24 month deal.

The issue is during all this wait, which I couldn't do anything about, I missed out on my Samsung promo gifts! This is upsetting in particular bc of everything I had to deal with.

Do you think if I call Samsung I can get them to honor it? Which department do I call? I'm not very good at being a **** over the phone, is there any particular way to phrase things to be more persuasive for this situation? Both me and mom got note 8s, and we both suffered note 7 fiasco.
 
Samsung probably won't, but ATT could (and should). People with similar situations when the free Netflix year was going on with T-Mobile just called the carrier and got the credit instead.
 
Damn! Don't know if that would work since I already negotiated so much with att and they managed to override my old agreement and gave me credit.

Anyone had success dealing with Samsung? Pretty bummed I need that SD card.
