I was able to connect to the play store and make purchases, now I can't Why???

Why can I not connect to the play store? I was able to a couple of weeks ago.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Do you get any specific error? You could try clearing cache for the Play Store in settings - apps and then reboot your phone. Some users with similar problems managed to fix them after resetting app preferences in settings - apps - three dots top right. Tell us how it goes
