I was changing my rom at Samsung GS3 while an error occured

Ι had back-to-n00t; ROM but it was laggy...so i decided to change it to this FlashingDroid v2.2 and i did like all other times.. ( format the data , the cache and the dalvik) but when i selected the zip file and started installing ... and error appears... in the file.. and it says status 0..also when i entered at recovery mode before i do anything a message appeared saying E:could not mount/data setup/data/media patch ... and i tried reinstalling philz touch... 1st from pc it could with odin but odin couldnt recognize the device... then i tryied with zip but even an error appear... plz help me if anyone know how...
