I was trying to root my Samsung note 10.1 GT- N8013 and the screen is struck on downloading

When trying to root my Samsung note 10.1 GT-N8013 and the screen have frozen. Also there is a x at the battery icon, which appears not to let me download anything.
how can i solve this problem?

Can you power the device off via holding volume down and power together for about 10 seconds?

If so, power down and boot back into download mode. Plug phone into your PC, if it detecrs it, use Odin to flash stock firmware to your device.

Were you using a one click root app/program to try and root your device?

The "x" at the battery icon means you are not using the correct charger. Possibly this was the cause of your problem
