I went from a droid x2 to droid razr hd and still have unlimited data

So my droid x2 broke, inusurance sent me out a razr m, that broke, so now i have the droid razr hd

I think i will wait now with my eligable upgrade

As long as you don't get a phone that is subsidized than you will be able to keep unlimited data. So buy your phones with cash or from anywhere but Verizon and you will be able to keep your unlimited.

You can buy your phone from Verizon, but it can't be on contract. You would have to pay full retail for it for it to work.
