While I've learned a learned a lot on the epic (completely bricked 2 of them and successfully rooted 1). My time here has come to a end. The excellent manager at my Sprint Store, felt it necessary to give me a phone I would have a much harder time destroying. After bringing in my daughters bricked epic, he decided it was best for me to have a nexus s.
Not only will the nexus be harder to brick, the manager thought it would be a good punishment for Paul (putting me in the nexus forum) for teaching how to root and destroy perfectly fine phones.
Now the epic will not be leaving the family, as my daughter will become the proud owner of a perfectly rooted and rom'ed epic. So there may still be times I come in and check on new roms and themes or just check out what's happening.
In closing, I would just like to say I had a real good time chatting and learning from all of the epic enthusiasts in this forum. Keep on helping each other and don't be bricking no epics!
