Hey guys,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 active (PDA = I9295XXUCNI1) running CyanogenMod 12.1. The phone randomly shuts down and gets stuck in a bootloop. First, the Samsung logo shows, then the Cyanogen Logo plays its animation for about 2 - 3 seconds and then it reboots again.
This happens until I plug in a USB cable and connect it to a PC. When it's connected to a regular charger, it doesn't work..
Is anyone familiar with this issue and knows how to resolve this?
Troubleshooting done:
- Installed stock OS (jellybean, kitkat and lollipop) issue remains
- Reinstalled Cyanogenmod 12.1, issue remains
