Hello,
I have a new iBright camera/floodlight.
It worked great on my S8. Since my new S20fe I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I go to a different app, or take a call etc.
No joy from iBright, they have terrible CS.
Again, it worked great on the S8.
Any help here would be great.

They say it is.
That's all I know. They are not very helpful. I would think this is a big problem, but maybe they just haven't sold many of them to improve their app.
Hi, welcome to AC!

Make sure the app not in optimized battery , if thats OK probably have to contact them .

Welcome to Android Central! Also, any power-saving modes turned on, or 3rd party battery-saver or "RAM booster" apps installed?

No other apps. As far as contacting them, they have no answers. I was hoping someone here would be able to crack this dilemma.
App optimization is off

You've already tried resetting the camera? I got this from the Q&A on their product page on Amazon: "If you are unable to connect to your 2.4 GHz WiFi, please rest the Floodight Camera (located behind the Motion Sensor unit). Remove the white rubber cover to locate the "RESET" button, press down for 5-10 seconds until you hear a "ping" then repair using either EZ or AP mode by selecting the Pairing Mode drop down."
