icloud contacts

I cant figure out how to get icloud contacts on my note 10+. I downloaded a few apps but cant figure it out. Any help or solutions?

I can remember I did this once for a friend of mine. Not sure what steps I took back then, but this surely looks promising:

Maybe try smart switch. It can read things directly from your iCloud.
