Icon Spacing

Is it just me? I'm seeing that icons in shortcut groups are spaced apart more widely since applying the March-and-a-half update. Anyone else seeing that?

I assume you mean the home screen icon folder spacing. Yes, I noticed it also. A lot of people have complained about it on Reddit. I like the new spacing personally, less accidental taps on the wrong icon within a folder. Not everyone will like it though, that's understandable.

The wider spacing is not just in folders. If you have two or more rows of apps on your home screen they are now spaced wider apart. I don't like it at all.

FWIW, I just updated and have not noticed anything different about Icon spacing on the home screen.

Sorry if I said it wrong. To be very specific, I mean the folders you create on your home screen by dragging one icon on top of another. If it's happening elsewhere I don't notice it quite as much.

When I drag an Icon onto another Icon, the original Icon stays the same size, but it just looks cluttered with other Icons occupying the same area. I personally like the feature because my phone is loaded with apps, and it keeps my home screens down to 2.

My icons stay the same size too. What has changed sine the update is the space between them.

Right. And isn't the distance between your Gmail and Camera app icons increased as well? It is for me at least.

Maybe? I had not really noticed that to be honest. I really only noticed the folder spacing when seeing all of the complaints on Reddit.

Wouldn't have noticed had it not been mentioned. Not an issue for me.
