Had the exact same problem with my Note 4.

Solution:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Default applications
3. Go to Home
4. Select the TouchWiz Home radio button AND THEN PRESS THE HOME KEY AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PHONE TO ACCEPT YOUR CHOICE.

It's the second part of Step 4 that's the tricky part.

Go to settings and type in HOME in the search area then u will see HOME appear underneath then tap on it and u can choose between TouchWiz Home and TouchWiz Home Easy
