Yesterday, my phone's max volume went down. Yesterday, my music would be at max volume and hurt my ears. After the middle of The day, the max volume is like half of what it used to Be. So it isn't as loud as before.

ICS 4.0.4 Music Volume Max is a lot more quiet.
