ICS 4.0 Upgrade Soon

HTC has announced that several of its high-end smartphones will get ICS upgrades in 2012, and that's sure to include HTC's Sense overlay, with its better social-networking integration and improved lock screen. No carrier is left out: You can choose from the HTC Vivid (AT&T), HTC Sensation and Amaze 4G (T-Mobile).

Lessons learned. DO NOT UPGRADE the first few days when available.
Wait till any major flaws have been detected by those who are impatient and upgrade the first day. Check this forum and ENGADGET site for any posted issues.

I came to this phone from the Moto Cliq, and I can tell you something about waiting for updates :'(. Then again, Android 2.3.4 is a far more mature OS than the 1.5 was that we had back then, so to me it isn't as big of a deal that the update won't be ready for a few months.
