ICS 4 on Droid 3

Hi everyone, i'm a newbe, i just got my moto D3 and i wanted to know if anyone has installed ICS4 on their D3? What would the advantages be of this ? i downloaded the rom for ICS4 and don't know what to do.

well the main advantage would be having ICS!!!! I'm not sure how to flash ROMs on the D3...this is the OG Droid forum.
