I, like many viewing these forums, plan on buying a Galaxy Nexus when the Verizon launch finally comes around. Or at least, I HAD planned on getting a Gnex. My main reason for that over the Rezound would be Ice Cream Sandwich. Yes, HTC did promise that the Rezound would get ICS as soon as possible, but Sense will make it too distant from stock 4.0. I was wondering if anyone thinks someone will come up with, and fairly early on, an Ice Cream Sandwich rom for the Rezound that has Beats optimization. Honestly, this would be my dream phone if I could get a mostly vanilla ICS rom with some Beats love.

P.S. I'd be happy to help out with the rom-deving process where I can. If my meager dabbling in coding isn't enough, I could at least provide my Rezound as a test dummy.

I'm not sure what phone you have right now, but on XDA, the Incredible(my phone) has tons of amazing devs that are saying they'll move on to the Rezound when it comes out. And you definitely won't be disappointed with them, and their work. Plus, devs from other phone areas and such that'll come to it too, will make it all nice. But anyways, I'm sure once the source code for ICS is released, someone will get it working on the Rezound right away. I doubt it'll be able to have Beats Audio in it too, maybe, maybe not, but there's the possibility of a Senseless rom that could support it. Though, Senseless ones won't be out for a while though, since not all the tools are up to date for Sense 3.5, and ICS, and we'd have to wait for the official ICS for the Rezound to really get it going, and stable. Oh, if you don't know what Senseless type roms are, just ask me.
