ICS Christmas Build

I'm new at is so bair with me! I just loaded the ICS Christmas Build on my HTC Incredible 2 but after it rebooted I could not get past the Welcome Wizard screen and I had to reboot into recovery to get my phone to work again! How do I get the ICS to work on my phone??
