ICS contact pictures are really low rez

I upgraded to ICS last night which I love but the contact photos look like a blocky mess, and the name banner across the top covers 1/5 of the picture is there a setting I'm missing or is there some 3rd party app that will help with this. Thanks for any help.

I have not used it, but I remember on the All About Android podcast they recommended the app HD Contact Photos from the play store.

I am one that can't stand that, but easy fix...simply redo contact pics from gallery and they become hd.
