ICS freezing on optimus v

I loaded on quattrimus up the other day and it seems as though it locks up pretty frequently and can't play one video if the world depended on it. every time you go to load a video it freezes and reboots the phone. Any suggestions??

If you still want ICS, try Cold as Ice. You will probably have better results at this time.

My phone won't stay on when on quattrimus unless I underclock it to 480mhz. Something is screwy with those roms. I can overclock other roms safely

Do remember that these are ALPHA roms, and so by definition are finicky and unstable. Use Froyo or Gingerbread if you really want stability

i've been running it at 806mhz with the "performance" governor.

the only problems i'm having are the play store issue and youtube choppyness.

Im running AOKP overclocked at 480min and 787max with SmartassV2. Havent had literally no lag or reboot with this

I had been having the same problem and i was becoming very frustrated with the constant reboots. I then put the minimum clock at 480 and max at 600 on interactiveX and haven't gotten a reboot yet.

H2 is IHO. no need to separate them.

I was having the exact same problem and it was irritating until i found this thread. now using smartassv2 governor, 480-600 clock speeds, cm9 quattrimus beta+nightly, running super smooth. i also turned on "Allow purging of assets" and "Kernel samepage merging" under Memory Management

Running quattrimus nightly delta interactiveX gov, 480 min, 825 max, no reboots or freezes, really smooth. I did a full wipe and flashed the nightly zip after romkeeper did its thing, it was acting up when I flashed on top of beta1 so I went back and flashed nightly alone no more probs

Also you can try bobzics its very snappy and fast, good kernel. Only use the interactiveX gov though, the others cause problems. This kernel doesn't play well with others, try this interactiveX 480/min-825/max
