OK so I've tried looking to see how to get this done and may be the dumbest question. But I have adw launcher with the ics theme and the home icon button seems to be the same as gb or at least not the ics one. Does anyone know an easy fix to remove that home to apps icon?

I use Go Launcher EX and their ICS themes look great. However with GL you can create your own Icons so easy that I have some custom icons. Wish I had the ability to take screen shots so I could show you. For example though, it seems that all the themes still use the old green Android Market Icon which did not suit me, so I googled for an iimage of the Google Play Icon, saved it to my library then selected and cropped it to use as my market icon. Put in the dock at the bottom with a black back ground and it looks really good. Combined with all the other ICS themed icons, it all looks great. I don't no if ADW does customized icons but if it does, try that. If it doesn't, take a look at GL.
Yea i tried playing al round with the dock setting and try and replace the to apps icon and can't seem to figure it out
